Shipping & Delivery Policy
At FrenchTrendz, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policies below:
General Shipping Policy
- FrenchTrendz is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. However, we guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier service or postal authorities within 2 to 15 working days depending upon the product from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- All orders will be delivered to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card details unless specified otherwise at the time of order.
- While we endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability or other logistical constraints.
- As per Indian Tax Regulations, all shipped items (including gifts) will include an invoice mentioning the price.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within India.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post.
- Shipping will be completed within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or postal service norms.
International Shipping
- Orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
Shipping Charges for Orders Outside India
United States
- A flat delivery charge of $20 applies for orders with a total cart quantity of up to 5 pieces (any combination of products).
- For orders exceeding 5 pieces, an additional $4 per piece applies.

- In case of any technical issues where the shipping charge is not applied correctly, FrenchTrendz reserves the right to request the actual delivery charge (except for any discounted delivery charges, which remain exempt from this condition).
Order Cancellations & Refunds
- If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, FrenchTrendz reserves the right to cancel and refund your order (whether full or partial) after mutual agreement.
- In the event of any legal obligations, our liability is limited to $1.
Important Notes
- Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond our control once it leaves our facility, FrenchTrendz cannot be held liable for late deliveries. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery process.
At FrenchTrendz, we take great care in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a defective item, we are here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items are eligible for return only if they are found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
- The return request must be initiated within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- The item must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at info@frenchtrendz.com with your order number, product details, and a clear image showing the defect.
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
- Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
Return Process:
- After receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect the product.
- If the defect is verified, we will process a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items without proper proof of defect.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned after the 48-hour return intimation window.
